 1. Scope of Services

EuroCan Inc. provides residential maintenance, inspection, and renovation-related services including subscription-based handyman services, annual inspections, and one-time projects.

Services are non-structural unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. Structural work, major renovations, permit-related work, or engineering services require separate written approval and pricing.

2. Subscription Plans – General Rules

Subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) include labor only, unless otherwise stated.
• Materials, parts, fixtures, and specialty items are not included
• Subscription hours do not roll over unless specified in writing
• Services are subject to fair use
• Services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability

EuroCan Inc. reserves the right to adjust scheduling, scope, or service method to ensure safety and efficiency.

3. Fair Use Policy

Fair use ensures equitable service for all members.
• Each visit is limited to the maximum time stated in the selected plan
• Tasks must be reasonable, safe, and maintenance-related
• Excessive or unrelated work may require an additional quote

EuroCan Inc. may recommend splitting tasks across multiple visits.

4. Booking & Access

Clients are responsible for providing:
• Safe and clear access to the unit or property
• Required permissions from property management or condominium boards
• Elevator bookings, parking access, and concierge coordination if applicable

Missed appointments or denied access may count as a service visit.

5. Annual Inspections

Annual Home or Condo Health & Safety Inspections include a visual, non-invasive review.
• Inspections do not replace professional engineering or municipal inspections
• Reports reflect conditions observed at the time of inspection only
• EuroCan Inc. is not responsible for hidden or latent defects

6. One-Time Services & Renovations

One-time services are billed based on:
• Posted pricing
• Written estimates
• Approved change orders

Renovation timelines may be affected by:
• Material availability
• Building restrictions
• Unforeseen site conditions

7. Materials & Client-Supplied Items

• EuroCan Inc. is not responsible for defects in client-supplied materials
• Delays caused by missing or incorrect materials may result in rescheduling or additional charges
• Material handling fees may apply

8. Payments & Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly
• One-time services require payment as outlined in the estimate
• Late payments may result in service suspension

All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

9. Warranty

EuroCan Inc. provides a limited workmanship warranty on labor only.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
• Warranty is void if third parties alter completed work
• Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products where applicable

10. Safety & Site Conditions

EuroCan Inc. reserves the right to refuse or stop work if:
• Conditions are unsafe
• Hazardous materials are present
• Instructions violate safety regulations or building rules

11. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations require reasonable notice
• Last-minute cancellations may count as a service visit
• Scope changes require written approval

12. Limitation of Liability

EuroCan Inc.’s liability is limited to the value of services provided.

EuroCan Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Termination of Services

EuroCan Inc. may suspend or terminate services for:
• Non-payment
• Repeated misuse of subscription services
• Abusive or unsafe behavior

Clients may cancel subscription plans with written notice, subject to billing cycles.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Condo Rules & Responsibilities
• Client is responsible for:
• Elevator bookings
• Concierge notifications
• Parking access
• Building permissions
• EuroCan Inc. is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by condo rules
• Fines due to building non-compliance
• Missed visits due to access issues
• Noise and work hours strictly follow condo bylaws
• Work may be rescheduled if access is denied or restricted
